THE ECLIPSE EXPERIENCE™
Astrology, a 3500 year old dynamic system of mapping the personal human experience to the cosmos, is the foundation of our Eclipse Team Building Experience. We use easily recognized archetypes like “Sun Sign” (one’s primary way of operating in the world) and "Mercury in retrograde" (communication breakdowns) to explore the strengths and challenges in a team and to find simple, natural solutions that strengthen how you work together.

Eclipse is designed to give clients a meaningful team building experience. We use a mix of engaging visual tools, skillful facilitation and useful handouts, The Eclipse Experience™ is mapped into three parts:
Part 1: Orientation
We start with the basics:
* Orientation to Astrology and why it has been used for more than 3500 years to guide individuals, leaders and communities.
* Introduction to archetypal personalities and how they reflect in our own personalities and behavior, both interpersonally and at work.
Part 2: Individual Exploration
We expand individual perspective:
* In 1:1 and small group discussion we explore individual team member strengths and challenges based on personalized astrological maps
* Opportunity for real-time assessment of what’s working and what needs improvement is practiced, using astrological insights.
Part 3: Team Development
We press into possibility:
* Using practical examples of work-specific scenarios we explore team performance, using archetypes as well as macro-level snapshots of both current and future astrological events.
* Hands-on work around topics such as conflict, decision-making and innovation are catered to the needs of each team, evolving the team’s emotional intelligence and commitment to future performance.
