A retreat for women in Italy
The Art of Creativity is a weeklong retreat specifically designed for women in the business world. Our retreat will take place in a 12 bedroom historic castle the Lombardy region of Italy. Creativity is birthed out of a flow state and inspiration. The goal of this retreat is to offer supportive opportunities to enter flow states of creativity. Having easy access to your creative flow supports your health, your relationships, and your work.
Each day will include some form of yoga or movement. Delicious farm to table meals created by Italian Chefs. Afternoon will be devoted to cultivating creativity through visual arts, natural beauty, and various intuitive arts, oracle cards, and each person will receive a personal astrology reading. (no visual art experience necessary). There will be time for spacious integration and our retreat will be supported by a loving international staff, in a historic Tuscan Castle. Come rejuvenate and unleash your creative energy!
Lurano Castle, Italy
Lurano Castle is a historic residence that has a rich history of hosting musicians, artists, poets, and philosophers. We welcome you to this Lombardy region which borders Tuscany.
Nestled in the Alpine foothills with an oceanic climate and numerous lakes which have a mitigating influence, allowing typically Mediterranean crops such as olive and citrus fruit to flourish. Single rooms with full bathroom and shared rooms with bathroom are available.
The schedule:
7-8:30am coffee tea light snacks
8:30-9:30am Each morning will be an invitation into a movement or yoga (or both) practice
9:45-10:45am Full breakfast farm to table Italian chef
11:30-1:30 Guided Creative process with gifted author and corporate coach Kelli Garrett
1:30-2:30 Light lunch meats cheeses, veggies
2:30-4 Rest rejuvenate
4-6pm Intuitive Arts, Oracle, Tarot
6-7:30pm private astrology readings or free time
7:30-9:30 Large Farm to table Italian dinner varying cuisines and wines of Italy
There will be one day mid week where we will be guided on a daylong excursion to Milan to enjoy museums and shopping
There will be shuttle service for all guests to and from the Milan Airport and throughout the retreat.
All expenses are included except flights and personal shopping
